Visual art exhibitions and events with a platform for critical writing
By: Yara El-Sherbini
What do I do?
I know what I want to do as an artist with political activist ideas, I want to open my world to other people, using any medium to make my ideas visible.
Right now I'm experimenting, changing a context to create political undertones.
-a 'make your own United Nations symbol' Jelly mould. (included in a 'United Nations survival kit')
-a water-soluable refugee tent. (Temporary housing)
-a 'White House' edition of Microsoft Windows.
I'm simply looking at the world and asking questions, attempting to engage an audience with playful thought-provoking work.
Yara El Sherbini: The context changes.
