Fri, 29 Aug 2008 19:34:38 +0100 a-n rss generator a-n The Artists Information Company and contributors edit@a-n.co.uk technical@a-n.co.uk http://sites.a-n.co.uk/img/logo.gif http://sites.a-n.co.uk/artists_talking/projects/single/416517 http://sites.a-n.co.uk/artists_talking/projects/single/416517 and so the first half of the project is compleat, i cast a life size sculpture of mark rothko after he committed suicide. which was a huge success. but the second half of the project is going to prove much more tricky. and i can see time slowly turning its back on me. eek.and for the second half of the project i am going to cast myself, out of wax, just as i did for the sculpture of mark rothko. and the sculpture of myself will be far more difficult to cast and carve due to the open mouth, insersion of teeth and the positions of the hands. i only seem to have two settings, extreamly laid back or prefusely stressed, and i think today is one of those laid back days. seeing as i havent done anything off my to do list. today is a day of distractions. oh dear......
