The past few days have been quite eventful. Im having to go into town today to complete a project that came to me over the weekend after meeting two very different people in two very different circumstances. Today i will be making work in conjunction with those meetings an will be posting up here later on today.
I will be concentrating on the first meeting today, and i will be based around the area in which it happened. I will post up details of the work later as i said and there will be a chance for people to view the work for real, shoul they wish to do so.
For now, i must get on and do this im not quite sure how long it will take.

Today i had to complete a mission. A mission that involved going to the END OF THE LINE. I never go there. Its all too much of a mystery to go there. But i had to, and i had to go to a person's house. Someone i'd never met before. I had to take them something. In return they gave me something which i now have to pass on to someone else. What it is is a mystery, but i like that very much. From collecting the parcel, i stumbled across a green area, a park or the like and i decided to, instead of heading into town, take a detour (which lasted aprx.3hours). I found myself amoungst some trees and open space, and water.... a long winding waterway which danced in the daylight. The birds around me chirped and laughed in the sunshine and i followed their song. I came to a house in the clearing, surounded by peculiar stones and i set myself down to write. I had no idea where i was, nor did i need to for the sounds and the sights were indeed enough for me to not feel lost. After writing, I approached the building with cautious sense of curiosity, and on going in, found myself in the studio of and talking to a potter. After this brief encounter, and after being taught how to make a small pot, i returned outside to continue on this unplanned adventure. On it i discovered oddities like how to grow and pick mushrooms and how to grind snuff, but the one thing i will not forget (and is the least suspected thing to find), is that it is peculiarity that lies at the end of the line.

I am going to use this blog to document the journeys i have, be they mental, physical or spiritual. The process of journeying is an important theme for my current work. The way i document these events or things i do varies from taking photographs, making models, drawings or writing verse. The way i display this information is undecided, but by keeping a record online i hope will bring about a new element to the work and perhaps help me understand it from a new perspective.
