As soon as things become too considered, the meaning is lost. I'm becoming frustrated with the insinuation that painting 'intuitively' means without intellectual awareness. Inspired now by Polke and Kitaj, its time to keep ploughing on regardless. Knowledge should be child's play - for without an innocent inquisitiveness work becomes contrived.
