It's been exactly quite a while since my last 'post'.  Various reasons for this, but mostly because I felt I was indulging in '2' many conversatrons and not focusing on my 'practice'.  Now that my 'practice' is back in focus, I have regressed to illuminating my bonce with endlessly fascinating factoids regarding different synthetics affecting the performance of a new to 3 month old copa mundial.  Also, 'french gray' should be re-named 'blatant green', as an artistic license in a diy store could lead to the inevitable de-robing of the cloak of conceptual talent that conceals the most ardent of 'arts cool' residents.

Get a 4b pencil and a wee bit of paper and construct some sort of rudimentary launching device to propel the graphite rod unit onto the 'paper'
and thus play the neo-artistic form of 'extreme markmaking' (ism),  My mate terry did it for a group crit and he got a sterling grade.

That's a performance I would see (as long as there were some super cool safety spectacles to be worn)!

Go round old studios you used to 'practice' in and look in drawers, for every ten drawers you look in you will find one important sketchbook.  Its a feeble attempt to denote a certain 'process' to collecting inspiration but if deemed 'treasure hunt art' then tutors might find it exciting.

Enthusiasm is a difficult thing to come by sometimes.  Especially when the clocks have stepped back an hour to allow evening football and your masking tapes run out.  Luckily, I haven't yet fallen foul to a 'timetable' but alas honour this in a pre mass-productionism output of 'art'-work.  As laid out in my telling CV I think I have two drawings, three scultpures, a half-finished painting and a deliberatley left at half-finish painting, but have yet to produce an obligatory video piece?  Also, a 'text' piece.  Painting a wall white is a strangely irritating venture, I'd recommend dimming the lights instead and a statement dealing an artistic verbose declaring that  "mistakes and 'the unfinished' are an integral part of my ephemeral yet very definate in relation to time, studio practice", "and I'm also a wanker".  Also, why call white paint white paint when pre off-white or negative black will do?

Having drunk some drinks and rued the fact that landscape painting doesn't 'function as function as therapy', I have indulged my fascination in the flat-garden, sarbonunker and perhaps, HENK.  Although HENK, as always, is a risk.  Unless of course accompanied by Critical (Liquid) Mass.  More art related advice to follow...

quite tall, with an awkwardly located centre of gravity on my right shoulder, and a keen interest in 'foot-ball'. The artwork I produce is primarily concerned with 'deadlines', thus the exploration of time prior to, and exactly of, the moments at which such 'deadlines' exist. My interest in everything leads me to create artwork concerned with anything, the 'process' of which an artwork is produced being of particular fascination to me ' from the conception of, then planning, or merely boldly conceiving an idea and making the artwork, straight away.
