John Moores 25 Contemporary Painting Prize
The 25th John Moores Painting Prize showcases the best in contemporary painting.

We have 3 catalogues of the exhibition together with 3 pairs of tickets to the opening party which will include the announcement of the winner, taking place on the evening of Thursday 18 September.

Liverpool Biennial
Liverpool Biennial’s International Exhibition is MADE UP, consisting of around 40 projects by leading and emerging international artists. In addition to MADE UP, Liverpool Biennial 2008 also features: John Moores 25 International Contemporary Painting Prize, Bloomberg New Contemporaries 2008 and unmissable projects in public spaces curated by Liverpool Biennial for the 2008 Capital of Culture programme, such as Richard Wilson’s Turning the Place Over, Pavilions and Visible Virals.

We have 2 places for the Liverpool Biennial press events, these take place on Thursday 18 and Friday 19 September and include a welcome by Lewis Biggs, lunch, evening reception for MADE UP, curatorial breakfast, plenty of time to visit the various venues and the glamorous opening party.
