Neil Mulholland is a writer and curator. He is Director of the Centre for Visual & Cultural Studies and Director of Taught Postgraduate Programmes at Edinburgh College of Art. Based in Edinburgh, he writes about contemporary art produced or distributed in Scotland, Northern England and the European Union.
