Manchester
Floating ip was a gallery and project space based in an industrial area in Manchester between 2002-2005. It was run by artists Dave Beech, Graham Parker, Rachel Goodyear and James Hutchinson. It is now being run from New York. It aims were to support innovative practice with an emphasis on archiving selected Manchester art practices and international projects.
