Autumn Exhibition and Sale

At the Downland Art Society's autumn exhibition, you will find many original works at very reasonable prices, and whether framed or unframed, oils, acrylics, watercolours, pastels, or charcoal - the choice is yours.It may be an abstract or a representational picture, either way it is sure to turn out to become a much-cherished piece of artwork.The Downland is one of the longest established and largest art societies in West Sussex. However, being one of the oldest doesn't mean it lives in the past, as it is one of the few art societies in West Sussex to have its own website, and in addition, is probably the only one where the members benefit from demonstrations enhanced by digitally projected images on screen and audio presentations, ensuring even those at the back of the room can see and hear what is going on at the front.
